Welcome to Crew & Kind Co.! By placing an order through our shop, you agree to the policies below.
We specialize in handpicked, preloved toys and nostalgic finds. Because our inventory has lived a second life before it gets here, please keep the following in mind when shopping.
Preloved Condition
Unless specially stated otherwise, all items are preowned and may show signs of previous play, age or storage. This may include (but is not limited to) scratches, scuffs, marks, paint wear, discoloration or any other normal signs of use.
We do our best to photograph and describe any noticeable flaws, but minor imperfections may occasionally be present.
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Questions about an item's condition are always welcome and encouraged before you order.
Vintage Toys & Collectibles
Vintage toys were manufactured according to the standards of their time and may not meet current safety standards.
Some items may be intended for collecting, display or nostalgia rather than current child use.Vintage toys may ansi contain small parts or materials that would not be used in toys manufactured today.
The buyer is responsible for determining whether a vintage or preloved item is appropriate for it's intended use.
Electronics & Battery-Operated Items
When possible, electronic and battery-operated items are tested and their working condition will be noted in the listing.
Items described as untested are sold as-is, and functionality is not guaranteed.
Batteries are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.
- Button Batteries may be present inside interactive books, small toys or watch pieces. Button batteries are extremely dangerous when ingested. Please take the upmost caution when receiving an item from our shop that uses button batteries. They should be kept locked and highly secured away from children and adults who may accidentally ingest. In the case a button battery is ingested, it is critical you seek immediate medical treatment.
Completeness
Many of our items are preloved and may no longer have every accessory, piece, instruction booklet, tag or original package they once came with.
What's pictured is what's included unless the listing specially states otherwise.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our individually sourced, mostly one-of-a-kind preloved inventory, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges fro buyer's remorse, condition details visible or disclosed in the listing or missing accessories that were not pictured or stated as included.
If you receive the wrong item, an item is damaged in transit or there is a significant issue that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve it.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Crew & Kind Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and carrier delays are outside of our direct control.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact guys so we can help determine the appropriate next steps, which may include the customer filing a claim with the carrier.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is collected securely at checkout through the patient methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing, listing or inventory errors. If an issue affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you before making any changes to your order.
Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to accurately identify, photograph and describe our items, including approximate age, brand, condition and any other relevant information.
Because many items are vintage or secondhand, some information may be based on the markings or information available to us and cannot always be independently verified.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen.
